Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of Republic Act No. 8792, otherwise known as the Electronic Commerce Act, the following rules and regulations shall apply on this Online Store transaction.


In recognition of diversity of online services, Buyer undertakes to faithfully comply and provide necessary information as may be deemed required for the purchase transaction such as but not limited to Name, Business Address and Contact details. Any misrepresentation or fraud shall be taken against the Buyer and subject to legal consequences on top of civil liabilities arising from damages suffered by the Company.

License Grant:
QUANTA PAPER CORPORATION (“Quanta Paper” or “the Company”) hereby grants BUYER (“Buyer”) the right to use the software according to the terms and conditions of this online store. It is understood that use of this electronic transaction are in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright and other intellectual property laws and the restrictions as provided hereunder, as deemed applicable.

Intellectual Property:

Buyer acknowledge and agree that Quanta Paper owns all rights, title and interest in and to the software, including without limitation all intellectual property rights. Buyer agree not to modify, adopt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive any element of this software.

Disclaimer of Warranties:
Quanta Paper disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from your use of the software. This online store provides no warranties. Quanta Paper expressly disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary rights. Quanta Paper disclaims any warranties regarding the security, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the software. Buyer understands and agrees that use of this software is taken on individual account of discretion and risk and Buyer shall be personally responsible for any damages arising from system error or loss of data.

Limitation Of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Quanta Paper be liable to Buyer on account of uneducated use of the system such as but not limited to liability applicable to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary and punitive damages whether the damages arise from reliance of or from inaccurate functionalities, or from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the software.

This transaction recognizes the authority of the Department of Trade and Industries and other Participating Entities in supervising electronic commerce based on standard setting subject to business laws and where appropriate, exercise of right to privacy, confidentiality and content control.

For the purpose of this Agreement the following terms shall be interpreted as herein provided;

Electronic Data Message – information generated, sent, received or stored by electronic optical or similar means, but not limited to electronic data interchange or EDI, electronic mail, telegram, telefax or telecopy. Throughout these Rules, the term “electronic data message” shall be equivalent to and be used interchangeably with “electronic document”.

Electronic Signature – any distinctive mark, characteristic and/or sound in electronic form, representing the identity of a person and attached to logically associated with the electronic data message or electronic document or any methodology or procedures employed or adopted by a person as executed or adopted by such person with the intention of authenticating or approving an electronic data message or electronic document.

Electronic Key- secret code which secures and defends sensitive information that crosses over public channels into a form decipherable only by itself or with a matching electronic key. This term shall include, but not be limited to, keys produced by single key cryptosystems, public key cryptosystems or any other similar method or process, which may hereafter, be developed.

1. Quanta Paper will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered unto the system. Quanta Paper made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colors, textures or finishes of our products that appear on this website.

2. Quanta Paper guarantees product availability nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. Quanta Paper reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order should there be any revision, discontinuance, or cessation. Quanta Paper may however, on Buyer’s discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered.

3. All placements of orders shall be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and online process which may require Buyer’s personal circumstances to which will be treated as Electronic Signature. This may include but not limited to Name, Address and Contact Details.

4. Non-placement of order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:
4.1 Product ordered is out of stock;
4.2 Our inability to obtain authorization of payment;
4.3 Identified pricing and or product description error;
4.4 Failure to meet the eligibility to order as set out at any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
4.5 Electronic Key or Systems Procurement Failure; and 4.6 Failed customer validation checks.

5. Upon placement of an order on this website, the online store shall generate Temporary Receipt for the Buyer as acknowledgement detailing the product/s Buyer has ordered. Acceptance of order and the completion of the transaction shall take place when order has been confirmed by the system through this Temporary Receipt. In any case the product/s ordered is unavailable at the time of delivery by Quanta Paper, the Buyer shall be informed by the Company through any form of communications, such as but not limited to text messaging, call, email, etc. A Collection Receipt shall be issued to the Buyer upon acceptance of delivery.

6. A promo facility may be available on certain orders and is subject to modification or withdrawal of Quanta Paper without prior notice.

7. Payments shall be done in following manner;
7.1 Cash or Check Deposit payable to Quanta Paper Corporation BDO (Banco de Oro) Account No. 259-001101-2
7.2 Via Paypal applicable only to the following Credit Card: Master Card, VISA, Discover Network, American Express, JCB, UnionPay

8. Import duties, local taxes, toll fees are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to any locations outside Metro Manila. Buyer will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties, local taxes, toll fees, including any administration charges upon receipt.

9. All goods will be delivered by Quanta Paper carrier covered by a standard contract of carriage and the Company protocol, and thus, will require a signature of the Buyer upon delivery. If no one is at home or unavailable when the Company carrier arrives, a new delivery date will be arranged subject to additional cost.

10. Only items found to be damaged, altered or not the same with the confirmation sent by Quanta Paper shall be allowed to be returned without additional cost on the account of the Buyer.

Feedback and Information:

Any feedback from the user of this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential.
Quanta Paper shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
